Help Engine codes, truck not running right!!!

I recently went down to GA to pick up a truck for sombody and bring it here back to NJ. I have the predator and had it in the middle performance mode and i can tow up to 8000lbs. i have a 1500lbs trailer and the truck was 5000lbs. i drove from nj to ga in that mode and went i had the truck on the trailer i put it in tow mode.

not 30 min later i had no boost, black smoke out the wazzu and now power. i had just installed egt, boost, tranny guages the night before...there were no rips in any of the boots to the turbo...we did notice that under the truck/turbo was leakin oil slowly from a seal...it looked like a drain plug but imm not sure

engine codes came soon after as well as the check engine light..not being able to drive up to 65 we i pulled over to check/clear the codes

i forget this # but it said turbocharger underboosting
P0602 Control Module Programming Error/NotProgrammed
P0633 SKIM Key Not Programmed in PCM...i heard this was nothing i have the grey key

anyways it only shows 0633,0602 now a week later made it all the way back...still no power at all, no boost around town

anybody have any ideas?? im replacing that seal this weekend thats leaking

thanks guys

Have you tried going back to the stock program?

My guess is with the MAP sensor.

Sounds funny that the problem happened after the gauges were installed. I would check around wherever you were working under the hood. I bet you knocked something loose or something is not connected.
The 0602 code is from the programmer. But the underboost code is why your lacking power, maybe something is preventing your waste gate from closing and your not building any boost, that would also explain the smoke. If you installed a pryo that's where I would start looking. Is your turbo's gate electronic or vaccum? Is your air-air cooler plastic or metal? Maybe if it is plastic it has split, causing lack of boost?

I had the same codes come up after I installed my gauges. The truck would crank but didn't start. I tried to clear the codes with the predator but it wouldn't clear the p0633. The truck runs fine, but the codes still pop up.

I was told that the skim key is a module that is connect to the key switch. Its under the dash near the brake pedal (could be wrong). My friend told that if you touch it, breathe on it or if radio waves hit it, it will throw the code.

could it be a bad injector dumping fuel? if the dealer says yes, would it be worth it for me to get aftermarket injectors and replace them myself?? if so which are the best for the buck?
thanks
