You are correct. I have complained about it to the customer relations people and they are supposed to get back with me. I wasn't very pleased.

Well even at dealership prices the cords are only about $45 or so, which is a major rip off. Cummins or some other places sell them for like $15 or less.

Sounds to me like they charged you almost 2 hours labor to plug in an electric cord!

They would definately be getting an ear full from me over that.
