that was hauling my camper and towing a toyota wagon. I'm thinking that the injectors must not be working as new or something has changed. I was thinking of pouring a gallon of power service in it and seeing what happens. comments anyone? Thanks.

 

Try a quart of power service and 8 oz of Marvel Mystery oil. I run that on every fill up.

 

I used to run powerservice and marvel mystery oil at every fill up. I stopped wasting my time after one of my injectors went at 50k.

 

if you havent changed your fuel filter, now would be a good time to do that

If you want to clean out your injectors pour in about 14-16 oz of Lucas in your tank. I did this to mine when I had an injector sticking/knocking and it cleared it up. I also used 12oz more this weekend on a short 381 mile trip and got very good 20 mpg with a 2,000 lb load and 15+ mph side wind for 80% of the trip.
