GM Synchromesh for NV5600?

Is the GM Synchromesh trans fluid the same as the Pennsoil Synchomesh fluid. I have an NV5600 6-speed in my 2005 Ram 3500 and would like to change out fluid more often. The GM product is sourced at my local NAPA store at an economical price. I seemed to have read somewhere it's for the NV3500 which is/was a GM product that used the same oil as the NV5600.

Don't want to make a mistake here.
