I used a Dorman #614-001 on mine, sorry I didn't think of taking a picture of the repair at the time.

I also took the PTO covers off and resealed them as dundun98 mentioned. I would suggest you do the same, they'll start leaking eventually. It was hard for me to believe the material the factory used could hold any ATF back there was very little of it on the cover or trans when I took them apart. I did take pictures of that....

if i had not just changed my trans oil i would reseal those. but for now there not leaking. what did you use to fasten the boot? here is what mine looks like with this boot i think it my work after all.

did you get yours all the way down. to cover the pin thats going through the case to hold the shifter. think im going to go look for a better boot

Yes it bottomed out on the shoulder seen in the picture..
