I guess I am one of the few who are staying with stock tire size and the previous model G56.

I was looking at the service manual last night for the transmission. It looks like there is another gear that would have to be changed as well when you change 6th gear. May get more costly than you think for the trans option. I would love to come up with a cost effective way to do a gear change too.

No part numbers...but all I did was call the parts guy and tell them what I was doing....he looked it up and told me the prices....He also told me he would print me a exploded parts diagram so I can see what else may be needed????? I was not looking to hard when I called I was just checking to see the prices....I have a lot of other mods I would do before this one...I am actually really happy with my gearing since I put 315's on...but to drop a few hundred more at cruise would be nice.....

so I went to the dealer ship to get the parts diagram...I am not to sure if this can be done and still be cost effective it might be alot cheaper with better RPM drop from changing the axle gears...the dealer could not get me part numbers for the higher geared trans.....both part numbers where the same for some reason....06-08
since I know how to do axle gearing swaps I know this will be the cheaper route for me if I ever decide to do something..
