wix fuel filters are not wrapped just setting in box with one o ring is this right

Same with NAPA filters, but what is your point exactly??

 

just that they get handled by who knows how many parts guys and its nice when they are protected from hands all the fords were just an observation

I just put a Wix in and it was wrapped.

EDIT:

I stand corrected. I went to the dealer to get one, and it was in plastic. So that's what I was thinking of. When they told me $40, I told them to keep it and went and got a Wix.

 

I have a Wix for a spare filter and it's not wrapped. It's in the box so I'm not to concerned about it.
