Front Diff Pinion Seal
Front Diff Pinion Seal
I searched for this and found that there were some with the seeping front diff pinion seal. Some have stated that they had to go back a 2nd, 3rd time. Well, if that is all they replaced (pinion seal) then I see why you have to go back. When they pulled my yoke out, it had a groove in there that was causing the leak. They replaced the yoke that is made out of a better material (so they say) and installed the seal. The mechanic was dynamite and they were a great group of guys. He said that is the only way they will do it too. This was my first and only problem on my truck 35k and counting. Thought I'd give yah a heads up if need be.
Oh yeah, KUDOS Lewisville,TX Dodge. And they are a friendly dealership.
