fp issues

hey guys thinking about gettin a 07 5.9 does it have fp issues like the other 3rd gens or is it good to go as long as you dont overmodify cause if it has issues too i will stick with the ol 2000 model

They 07 will have an in-tank pump and are less problomatic than the 03-04.5 with the filter mounted pumps becasue they push the fuel rather than pull it. Still good idea to go to an aftermarket when adding HP or a pressure box, but on stock truck they do fine.

Mine stock pump is just now getting to where it won't keep pressure to the CP3. The CP3 on the duramax trucks don't even have lift pumps so pressure to them is not as important as the vp-44. It will still degrade power though.
