Fan removal on a 2004

Fan removal on a 2004
On a 2004 how do you get the fan off. is it a left handed or right handed thread. and is there any hints to get it off. truck is wrecked with no intercooler, radiator , air conditioner condenser or fan shroud in the way so just need to know exactly how to get the fan off. thanks in advance for replies.
