fan clutch problems

our '03 is in the dealership. it's been running at about the second zero in 200 i thought maybe the rad. was getting restricted. then the trans fluid was turning a brownish color and started shifting harder with a p0700 code on a recent 3700 mile trip to yellowstone, idaho, washington then back to LA. the night my dad got back we noticed the a/c not working to well. just thought it was the triple digit heat. the next day we were going to take it to ojai near ventura and it was hotter in the truck with the a/c on full blast sitting in the shade for 10 minutes. took the '05 instead. when we got back the fan clutch would not engage, the engine was over 200, a/c on and again over 100 outside.

the dealer said they are going to replace the fan clutch under warranty. they are also supposed to check out the trans...

...............i'll let you know how it turns out...
