I just took delivery of the truck last night with 0 miles on it, and have already noticed that there is a significant exhaust leak under the truck. I crawled under to find it and noticed a 8 inch slice in the Cat, almost like a joint weld wasnt complete or something. Anybody else experienced this?

No, that seems pretty weird. I think that whole Cat set-up goes for $1100 so i would have them replace that.
