This is EXACTLY why I won't use a downloader. If something gets lost in cyberspace, you're SOL.
I think you're going to need a new PCM. Call Bullydog tomorrow, and see if they can help you recover it. So, you're saying that your "stock" program is gone from the Power Pup? Can you reload the Power Pup program?

Spoke to Justin at bully dog this morning, says he will overnight a programmer that is already setup in recovery mode. Said this will fix it. I'll let everyone know how this turns out.

O.K. it's fixed!!!! UPS delivered the new pup this morning, restored it & everything is fine. ( thanks Justin) just a word to the wise, don't reprogram your pup on the weekend, tech support only available M-F
