Engine malfunction light-How do I cancel it?

Hello, this is my first post. I hate to start out by asking advice.

Yesterday it was around -8 farenheit here. I was on my way to work and remembered my wife fueled up the truck the day before. I thought "Ohh crap she didnt put anything in the fuel so I pulled over on the highway and added a quart of the red bottle of diesel service. I think its called 911. I thought it would mix in good by the time I made it to work. No I would not normally use this stuff but I work 12 hour shifts and it was pretty cold out and its all I had.

When I got to work my rear tail lights would not go off. The head lights went out but the rear lights were on. I fiddled around with the fuses pulling whatever I could to get the lights out. Finially I figured out it was my trailer brake controller, so I unplugged it. I replaced all the fuses and went into work.

After my shift she started great(plugged in all day), but the engine malfunction light was on and stayed on. I think this may be due to pulling the fuses or the motor doesnt like the red 911 bottle.

******Is there any way to reset this dummy light?*****

You can do the key trick (off/on three time) to bring up the error. Most likely it's the P0514 code, battery temperature performance/rationality. One of those doesn't hurt anything codes.
As for clearing the code it will go away after so many key starts. Removing the negative battery terminals for around 5 minutes will clear also. Or run by Autozone and have them clear it for you with a scanner.

No, it won't cancel it. The odo/trip meter display will show the error code.
