Anybody ever check the hour meter when they just bougth the truck bran new.? With it be close to 0hrs.It would be a good way to have found out if they drove from a far away city to deliver your truck, and they pulled that fuse for the speedometer,so to keep the miles at 4 or 7.Sometimes they do that instead of hauling it by a carier or train.

You cannot reset a odo by pulling a fuse.

At 380,000 miles on my 2005 I only have 8800+/- hours. Your trucks has done some serious idling. I even sleep in mine a couple times a year.

Maybe not reset the odo, but the mileage may not show if power is removed from the cluster. On my 98 Jeep TJ there was a loose connection in the cluster. When you'd hit a bump the instruments would go dead and the odometer wouldn't accumulate mileage. Eventually you'd hit a bump that would reconnect the cluster and it would add miles again. I felt a bit weird turning in a 98 Jeep with 30K miles at the end of it's 5 year lease Mileage was probably closer to 90K.

I doubt dealers actually would do this. I've purchased a couple of new trucks that came with ~120 miles on them, driven down from Phoenix to Tucson.
