#1 cylinder fuel line clamp?

I did the injector tightening procedure this morning and there wasn't anything too unusual there.

However, does anyone on their engine have the fuel line clamp on the #1 cylinder fuel injection line. It would be an "L" bracket with a piece of blue plastic in it that clamps down the fuel lines.

On my engine all but cylinder #1 has this part. Since it doesn't have it, I can get it to resonant like a tuning fork when I flick it. Maybe the clamp on the #1 cylinder will quiet things down a bit?
