When I bought my truck the sticker had a block heater option of $10.00. Was that the cord or the heater?

I do have a cord and plug already present right behind the grille very close to the passenger side headlight. It has a plastic weather protection cap on it that you pop-off to plug in.

Is there another cord to extend it out even further or is what I have the complete setup?

Thanks...
What you have is the complete setup as DC furnishes it. The other cord your need to extend it out further is an extension cord. Just use a three wire heavy duty, not a little lamp cord one. Pull off the weather cover, naturally, & plug it in. What the others are discussing is the cord that you got for your $10 option. It runs from the block heater out to where you see it.

USMC64-70, yes, you have the block heater. All engines are furnished by Cummins with it installed. All you need is the cord that others have discussed. Buy it from Cummins for around $12 or your friendly Dodge dealer for around $40. Your choice.
