Anyone in the portland area with the ability to enable the high idle feature willing to enable it for me?

 

Swing past your local dealer. Ol' mechanic will have you out the door in less than two minutes. I just drove through the service center and they did it right there for me. Quick and painless....

 

You might have to hunt for a dealer that knows how to do it for you. The one I bought it from was clueless (and wanted to charge me $100 to investigate if they could do it, then $80 to do it if they found out how).

The second one said "Bring it in." 5 minutes later I'm on my way.

 

I'm in the pdx area and might be able to if the dealer won't..I have a drb and should be able to do it.I only use the drb on the sprinter vans,,never used it on a dodge diesel but its what the dealer uses so should be able to..I have yet to have to use it on my truck yet..

I guess if you come up empty handed let me know and we can try it..I'm in beaverton..got nothing to loose..

 

Thanks, I was able to get Beaverton Dodge to do it for free. I have bought accessories there, and I'll definately head there if I need warranty work.
