EGT's on an '06?

Is the max EGT you want to reach still about 1250° or is it slightly higher on the newer trucks? I'll be installing the commander this weekend and would like to set the warning on it for high EGT's but don't know what I should set it at!

Thanks,

Tony

Sounds like a plan... I might set mine at 1300° just to keep it on the "safe" side of things...

i can hit 1200 unloaded bone stock if i row the gears. im told (but dont want to revisit THAT argument) that on the HPCR trucks they can handle higher heat in short bursts.....but the number i have heard the most as the magic "watch it" number is ~1400.

We've got 30psi boost on our stock '05 610/AT. I was (pleasantly) surprised, although I will have to get a new gauge if / when we put on a programmer....

Both my old 04.5 and my new 06 hit just a hair over 35psi no problem.
