I swapped a used ecm into my 2004 Cummins 5.9

My Truck doesn’t have security module . I can’t get it to run and have realized it probably needs vin matching reflash. Anyone know if there are any scanners that can do that except a dealer type scanner?
The dealers here don’t have a clue how to do it.

I got a LAUNCH X431 Diagun V and I did reprogram a vin on a Ford. The tool is a bit expensive but it is a good scanner. I guess it will work on a dodge Cummins 5.9. Where did you get your used ecm and how mutch did you pay?
