were is the best place to buy 19.5s wheels and tires mounted and balanced

Rickson Truck is one of the few places you can probably find 19.5" wheels/tire sets for the Dodge, steel or aluminum. And no, the wheel for a Ford won't fit the Dodge. American Force or Southwest Wheel could sell you 19.5" dually wheels, you could go that route and get the tires elsewhere. Not sure if you can get the whole setup from them. There's always Ebay, new wheels/tires, but the auctions I've seen are for tires and wheels that are not mounted or balanced.

i dont think the phords will work without a adapter and rickson is def the best place for 19.5
