Drain Valve

While Changing The Water Pump On My 2004 Ram 3500 , I Opened The Drain Valve On The Bottom Of The Radiator To Drain The Radiator And Now I Cannot Get The Valve To Close - Does Anybody Know Why????????????????

You may have twisted the o ring or perhaps it dried out and is binding. Try removing the drain **** completely and if the o ring is still OK just put a little lube on it and put it back in.
