Question Do the electronics take time to settle out?

I think i have solved most all the issues i had with my truck. The biggest problem being bad fuel. The transmission was also shifting too early after reflash and TPS cable adjustment by the dealer (4th gear at 35mph under load at half throttle). I adjusted the downshift cable to where i had 1/8 inch free play at WOT ( major shift quality imrovement) after everything i had been through the last couple weeks, the truck sounded perfect at idle. But was still sounding and feeling odd under a load. Hauled a load of rock home from work last night with a tophat dump trailer that weighs 4000 empty. had 5620 lbs rock in it. pulled it okay, but clattered really really bad under any type of acceleration. But after dumping that load and running around town today pulling the empty trailer, it began to sound more like it should. I loaded the trailer again this afternoon when i got to work with 4880lbs of rock and drove up the quarry road with it. I swear it seems to be getting better and better still. Does the electronic controls take some time to re-adjust after a problem like really bad fuel. Or is it just because i am now loading this truck up for the first time since last fall. Mileage is about the same loaded as it was last time i hauled my 5ver last year 13.9. This is the only remaining issue i have, and it seems to be heading to a satisfactory ending on its own. would just like to know for my own piece of mind.

I would think so
The computer monitors everything and the more you drive it the more it will compensate and correct for all the crap theat has happened.
I pulled my 5VR for the first time since November and the truck acts completely different, but good. It loves the weight and seems it would rather being that then being driven hard empty
