IIRC they started some time in 2005 using a grease cup type of zerk on the front U-joint

Someone please post a pic of the fitting and what size Needle do we need to do this!!! I just changed mu oil and fuel filter this past weekend and I need to grease everything up!! Thanks, JB

The needle should be a standard grease needle from any auto parts store.
I'm going to try to post some pics. The little round silver looking spot is what we are all talking about. I tried a close up then a wider view to give a larger point of reference. Hope this helps. I usually give the grease gun 7-8 good sqirts. If you go too much it pushes out the other side and then slings all over the underside of your truck..... don't ask me how I know that

The more pics I see of where its "supossed to be" the more I'm convinced I don't have one. Anybody in NJ want to come find it for me...it's a balmy 12 degrees outside now, good time to look

YEA, the sticker on my '05' 3500 is under the hood d/s in front of the radiator ...but the service techs at the dealer I bought it from and I could NOT find it

Then you best tell them they are full of it if you have the sticker under the hood showing the location. Als tell them if the front Ujoint blows out and casues you to wreck they are Responsible to pay for all damages then you will see how fast they find it.
