How far are you from Greeley. There is a DTT dealer there. I am getting mine build by him. He is awsome to deal with. If you are close you should give him a call. Call DTT and they can fill you in or get hold of LaserBob in Greeley.

I am not too familiar with your symptoms but it sounds like when my Governor Solenoid Valve went out. It would make my truck go through gears and feel like it was slipping. High RPM's and no torque and then often it would never get out of lower gear just red lining for nothing. Changed to solenoid valve and it fixed the shifting issues. But now I have a burnt oil smell and white bubbles all the time I think I drove it too long like that.

 

Might have. I've been limping on a weird acting tranny mself for about 25k miles. I'm changing fluid every 10k and still getting that burnt smell/look. I'm only 5k since my last change and it smells ready for replacement already.
