Crossvalve position

So im just in the process of reinstalling my head and such and as i was installing the crossvalves, i noticed a little bump on them. Now does this little bump go towards the intake or exhaust. I couldnt find anything through the search function.

Thanks all

If you are talking about the bridge that goes on top of the valve stems of the two exhaust or intake valves, I don't think it matters. When I pulled mine some were one way and some were the other. I just put them on all facing one to exhaust (I think) and all is fine. I think they are "marked" that way so when you pull injectors you can put everything back exactly the same and valve train should be real close to same clearances as before removal, just my taught.

Ok i found one other thread late last nite saying that they go to the intake side. So i removed #1 intake and tried to the put bump side to intake and no problem, tried to put the bump to exhaust and it wont go in with out loosing off the exhaust rocker too. I guess ill just keep going with them towards intake for now.
