Visited the local diesel and fuel injection repair shop today. They stocked most of the o-rings in rich2500's parts list except the first two. They even printed out for me the Bosch schematic with all the part numbers of the CP3.

Cost for all the o-rings was $12.46.
These they had in stock, genuine Bosch parts.
1-2.50x54.00 ame o-ring this is 1mm thicher then stock
6-2.00x7.00 ame o-rings these are 1mm thicker then stock
1-2.00x67.00 ame o-ring this is stock size

These are the two which we could not locate.
1- 25x36x7 harwal seal this is stock size
1-25x37x7 harwal seal this is stock size

They also showed me a parts listing for a complete rebuild kit which was $271.
There only was maybe three additional seals in the kit.

Hey rich2500. I can't find the first two o-rings from your parts list, neither could this diesel shop I went to today. Are you sure the size is written correctly?

If anyone is interested i can post pictures of the o-rings and the Bosch part numbers.

those two you could not locate are the shaft seals
I.D. O.D. Width
25 x 36 x 7

25 x 37 x 7

lip type A

these are the sizes right off the packaging and yes they are the stock sizes, they are not the cause of the leak but with the pump apart it's a good idea to put new ones in.It amazes me that bosch offers these in one size thicker sizes,Hmmm that sounds very familiar,
kpr if you can't find those seals let me know I'm pretty sure I have both of them
