Code P0148

Code P0148
I have a 2005 with 75,000 mi and my engine light came on and gave a P0148 code. Any ideas about what this could be. Truck runs good most of the time. I have driven about a 1000 miles with it on and the only time i noticed any thing was pulling a trailer i didnt seem to have all the power it used too. The next day though it seemed normal again. Thanks for any ideas.

I'm not familiar with the cause of this one.
