2004 Ram 3500 5.9 this morning it just quit when trie to start it nothing after 2 min it started up ran fine engine lite was on and im getting a code P0088 fuel rail pressure too hi ,what may have caused this and what do i look for ?? I think its the same code i got when fuel pump went out and i replaced with a fass titanium 150 gph.

I cleared the code and filled the tank and ran 50 miles no prob no code when it did it i was on 1/8 tank could it been bad fuel?
