Code P0088 ???????????????????

Greetings folks, was camping in NH last week... Disconnected the truck from the trailer, and it sat for 4 days until yesterday. Went to start up the truck, it was running horribly rough, lots of bad noises ! Shut it down, and tried several more times, and no change. Checked code, Fuel pressure too high ? I disconnected the batts for about 30 minutes, and re-connected. Restarted, and it ran the same for about 2 seconds, then smoothed out and ran fine the rest of the day ???

What the heck is going on here ? This morning, no check engine light, truck runs fine... Almost got stranded 200 miles from home... I was stock at the time, no boxes installed ....

Taking her in to Massdiesel in the morning....

You know, I have had this happen 2 times in the last 5 years, but it always started OK the second time, and it never threw a code... We will see... I haul my 5th wheeler alot in the summer so I am nervous about heading too far from home until this gets fixed...

It's definitely a sinking feeling when your 200 miles from home, and looking at getting your truck and camper towed... I also had 2 full dresser bikes in the hauler, that I did not want to leave in the camper...

problem solved...

Sounds like a stellar idea... Questions: How much, and where are these located on the motor ?
