I had the same code a few years ago. Got algae in the tank. Had to have FCA replaced. Since it was bad fuel it wasn't covered under warranty. Dealer wanted to flush the entire fuel system to the tune of $3700. I told them no thanks, and they voided my warranty on my truck. I was at 90000 miles at the time so not a huge loss, but none the less.

Looks like either a faulty FCA or pressure sender. Good news is you can get a new FCA from Cummins for about $100, and it's about a 10 minute job.

All you torque the screws down to is 62 in/lbs.
