I have had a hard time starting this truck and now its to the point where it wont start at all. I did the key cycle 3 times and came up with P2607 and P0541. Not sure what is going on but hate not being able to start the truck at all. Maybe someone can help me figure out what my problem is. Thanks

 

Low voltage at heater grid relays(#1,#2) are your codes.Very doubtfull that your no start prob.A no start w/ no codes usually involves a fuel press prob.-lift pump inop or inj w/ excess bleedback,blown overflow valve-etc.

 

how can i check the fuel pressure? Also what do i need to have to check it and what should it read at idle?

 

Since it does not run,I would imagine your talking about cranking.You should be reading around 10 psi on your outlook monitor.If you've got press-its going to take some special tools to figure the rest out-mostly dealer items

 

well the monitor is on my 05 truck and it runs good, its the 03 that is having the problems now. I think i may have bad injector or injectors becuase im hearing a little rattle as im going down the road and i remember having number 4 replaced because of trash clogging it up, so i might have more that need to be replaced.

 

If you've had inj issues already-yes you prob need at least one more

 

Most likely on the '03. My '03 is giving me heartburn as well........very common.
