Code C

In my earlier post about "no throttle response" Mark Thomas suggested holding the trip odometer button in, then turn the key on and it will run a diagnostic. So I did & it works.

I got a "Code C".

Does anyone know what fault a Code C is indicating?

Gary

How do you know when you 'throw a code'?

Re:Code C

Ran it as well and got the C Code. I suspect it's just part of the diagnostics since all of the codes are numbered if I'm not mistaken.

Re:Code C

I believe if an error code is present, then after code c is shown there are two sets of "00 00" that i think is where the code might lie, not sure though

Re:Code C

Padzz, turn your ignition on and off 3 times (without turning over the engine) and wait a few moments. In the odometer window you will see one of two things ... an alphanumeric code or "done". If you get done you have no codes.

Ken
