Clutch Hydrolics Question
So my master cylinder on the clutch has been going out for quite some time now. I used to have to filll it up about once a month to keep the clutch working good. Now im having to fill it once a day.
Now i thought i had heard that you have to buy the entire assembaly from the master to the line and the slave as it was one sealed unit but im seeing the master cylinder ONLY being sold:

Can i just buy the master cylinder only to replace?
Thanks guys

I just bought one the other day from Mopar. The master cylinder, line and slave cylinder is all one sealed unit. Which I had a feeling, because there is no bleeder on the slave cylinder.
NOW, how do you get the rod off of the pedal arm?

There is a white plastic joint at the end of the pedal shaft. You have to press a number of small flanges to "unlock" around the dome shaped pin then press it out towards kick panel.
At first, i didnt see how i could do it without breaking it but somehow i did just by using a good pair of needle nose.
Make sure when you reinstall the pin, add some heavy grease to it. I didnt do that and now i have a squeek when i depress the clutch.
Good luck.
FYI, the system from mopar is a sealed system. As tempting as it seems to reinstall everything, DONT try to seperate in two pieces. It will never work right.
