Clutch engagement problems

Lately I've been having some problems with my clutch. Most of the time it works fine, maybe just a little harder to get in gear than I'd like, but not real bad. Occaisionally though, I'll be stopped with the clutch in, in second gear and when I go to release it, it starts grabbing almost instantly. Try to pull it out of gear with the clutch in and you have to really force it. Not a good feeling. Put it in neutral, pump it a couple of times and back to normal. Not a constant problem, just once in a while. But way too often for me. OFE is only about a year old, clutch cylinder is full, no leaks that I can see. Any ideas?

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Replace the cluch slave and master assy as a assembly and be done with it.
The Dodge part # was near 150 last time I checked and one from Southbend clutch was slightly higher. The SB has a slightly better Mechancial advantage for higher pressure clutch covers, as I understand. JMHO
