Clicking after engine shut off

I just started to have a clicking noise coming from the drivers side when I shut the truck off. The clicking lasts for about 5 seconds.

I have owned this truck since new (2005 CTD Automatic 4x4) 96,000 miles and have never heard it before two days ago. I also have three codes that showed up at the same time.
P1754
P483
P2609

The clicking noise is NOT the in tank fuel pump.
The trouble started when I took it to the store the other day. It held second gear for a long time. The tow button was off.
Any ideas?

code 483 = cooling fan speed check
code 1754 = trans actuator malfunction
code 2609 = intake air heater system performance

Clicking noise may be coming from grid heater relays.
May have trans actuator problem since it held second gear for a long time.

The clicking is NOT coming from grid heaters......
It is coming from the drivers side of the transmission.
It will make the clicking noise even if I dont start the truck and just turn the key to on then off.
