Exclamation Clank sound when letting off from complete stop

Please any advice would be great. I don't know if its dangerous to continuue driving it this way or not. When I come to a complete stop and then let off of the brake I get a clank sound and feel a small bump when I take off. ANY advice would be appreciated. I drive a 2005 Ram 3500 SLT 4x4 automatic

Hello does it do it every time you Start out or is it here and there when it happens. Does it do as soon as you let off the brake or after you move a little.
