I have a 2006 5.9 with just over 90k miles on it and I am having a choking/bucking problem while driving. It doesn't seem to do it as bad when I don't put it under a heavy load and started out just being intermittent but has turned into happening every 5 seconds. If I don't hammer on it it will only do it every now and again but if I put her to the floor it chokes and bucks like a wild bull and has no power. I also have a camshaft position sensor p0341 code that I can't seem to fix. I have replaced the sensor and still the light remains on. I don't know if the two problems are related but they seem to have started at the same time. I have been told I may have an injector problem. Does this make any sense? If it was just one I didn't think it could shut the whole truck down for a split second and somehow come back to live but I could be wrong. I was thinking maybe a lift pump or a vp44? I am not really familiar with with the cummins and have only owned one for a short period of time but I have been a diesel owner for years. I also have a edge juice with attitude that is currently unhooked because it broke and is a piece of ****. But was working when the problem started. I also have a afe stage 2 cold air intake with a 5 inch turbo back strait pipe exhaust. It's getting to the point where I can't even drive the truck and I am limited to scan tools that are able to read any data that may be available. So any input would be greatly appreciated as I am getting more and more concerned that I am going to have a boatload of money wrapped up in repair bills. Thank you so much I appreciate it!
