Check Engine Light on - codes displayed

Check Engine Light on - codes displayed

The check engine light came on this morning and it's showing 2 codes:

P0514
P0071

Does anyone know what these are? Is there an online resource (or other) for looking these up?

Is this an easy fix or do I need to seek professional help (I'm already beyond help!!!)

I have a 305 for three years also. Last year it tossed this code. Solution pull the drivers side battery out. Bottom of the tray will be coated with crap from road spray. Under tray the sensor twist out and is held in contact with the bottom of the battery (don't loose it) by a wavy washer. Clean tray,sensor and battery. Apply dielectric silicone grease to electrical connector and battery posts. After 40 keyed starts my 0514 code disappeared and never came back.

Thanks for the input. They use Mag-Chloride on the roads out here so it makes sense. I'll check it out but I'm sure there's a bunch of crap under there!!
