"No Buss" displayed in dash
OK, I have a 2001 6-speed that I haven't started for about 7 months. It ran just fine when parked. I had the batteries disconnected the whole time.
Today I charged the batteries, plugged in block heater and after about an hour, I turned on the key, the fuel gauge worked and was showing 1/4 tank, it fired right up YEA! I went out & discinnected my 10amp battery charger, went back in to pull it out of the garage and now the odometer reading says "No Buss" I noticed the fuel gauge is on empty and the yellow engine light is on.
Any ideas, only have 47,000 miles on it?????
Thanks!

Look at the Power distribution center in engine comprtment. There are a bunch of little connectors that put the bus systgem toegether. Good place to start. A FSM will help.

CORed,
Thank You, I did a search before I posted this thread, but I guess I didn't go back far enough after seeing the date on your thread! I'll check the connector under the hood this weekend and keep my fingers crossed. It's not like it's my dailey driver.
By the way, hello from Bailey, Co.! It was indeed a Beautiful day in the Rockies today!
