Broke down on side road in Tigard

Code P201 engine running extremely rough, any ideas please? It looks like I might need to be towed. I'm hanging out in my truck, thanks for any help in advance!

In reverse and in drive the motor shakes so bad it feels like the engine is going to fall out of the truck. Suggestions please?

More info will help. The P201 is for Injector #1 Control Circuit

What year truck? Any mods?
Were you driving when it started?
If so, how fast? Towing?
Any programmers or tuners?
Any smoke from tail pipe?
What does it do in Park and Neutral?
Does the shake increase with RPM?

I would start with checking the wires if possible.
