abs and brake light are staying on.used to come on and go off but stays on now.brake pedal went to the floor the other day and almost ran my boat over then i was pulling into the gas station today and hit the brakes and pedal wouldnt move for a second.then started working but almost ran into the building.any ideas?

 

Check brake fluid level first, if full most likely master cylinder is bypassing internally. If empty you could have brake fluid leak or brake pads are worn out and require replacing. There will be a code or codes stored in ABS module since the code is active now.

 

fluid and pads are good.will look at master cylinder.
