My TC will not stay locked up until 63 mph with the controller on and will not lockup at all with it off. The exhaust brake will only activate occasionally and when I tested the power at the solenoid it went on and off just as the brake did. Replaced relay with no change. Replaced APPS and no change. Map sesor reads 15 lbs of boost at idle could this be it? Controller is wired into the map sensor. Could it be ecm as exhaust brake is plugged in to #20 pin? TC locks up with throttle pressure but when it starts to cruise under 63 it unlocks. When you release the throttle it stays locked up down to the set speed.2gun

 

Went to ATS instructions on the trans. controller and dissconnected controller and jumped blue and yellow wires. Transmission shifts normal and TC locks up in third as it should and stays there into OD. Unhooked gray wire from controller to exhaust brake and bypassed diode to complete ground and brake works. Controller must be bad. 2Gun
