Bought truck new. just got 100,000 miles on her. Factory brakes just now need changing. disk rotors are warped.Disk rotors have alot of wear.what rotors should i get if going new.....factory or after market?

First off, are you sure they are warped? You cannot tell by pedal feel any more. You need to put a dial indicater on them.

But, with 100K on them, they're probably worn enough to warrant replacement. The best bang for the buck is Duralast from Autozone. $62, 2 yr warranty. They work as well as anything else on the market, and better than many of the trick parts.
