boost ?

what should the boost be on a 03 5.9 cummins engine, its all stock except a fass fuel system

yep, mine too, until I turn up the tuner box then I can over-ride the wastegate along with it and get about 43# tops under full acceleration. (like when I raced that Mustang from stop light thru the on-ramp, and up to the freeway.) LoL

On my old 04 when it was stock would only hit 24psi. I bought the ugraded boost elbow and was hitting 39psi.

so what, size gauge should i get, i cant do all the mods i want to now buy over time id like to do some,so i dont want to have to change gauges out later when i have more boost,any suggestions

For most trucks a 60 psi will be plenty, If you plan on going big HP & mods, you will want a 100 psi...
