If you are adding fuel to the oil, you are going to fill the crankcase. I don't see how adding more oil will help. You will be over filling, which is bad.

Maybe change the oil for the 200 mile drive (and check it every 50 or so).

 

Texaspower19, I'm glad your truck is OK. What you experienced seems to me to be a pretty regular occurrence with some of the boxes. Just be careful.

 

Can't blame the box. I know a guy that just blew his engine. Wash on #6 cyl. and he has never run a box! Just poor injectors or perhapse bad engine vibes causing injector to crack?
