Black Smoke & Low Power

2004 2500 SLT 5.9L 325 HP 600 Ft Lb.
Started it up to go to work on the 7/29/14 was noisy , low on power, black smoke and more noise on a slow acceleration. Got to work and back with no engine check light. Valve train is all OK, No intake or exhaust leaks. Turbo is free and smooth. Could not more waste gate by hand, can with a wrench. Fuel pressure is 5380 psi at idle no load and 15650 psi at 2200 rpm with no load.
While at idle moving the truck into the shop got a P0303 miss fire #3. #3 cylinder has lower compression then the other cylinders. Has been running OK with this cylinder problem for a couple of years.
What is ASG fueling table? AFC fueling table output? What should the fuel pressure be?
