Ashless 2 Stroke Oil

Anyone find a good place to get some inexpensive TCW3 2 Stroke Oil? I used ot get 16oz bottles at Walmart for $1.50 but they don't have it any more. All they have are 6 dollar quarts.

Where are you guys getting some cheap oil at to put in your fuel?

The Wal-Marts around here still have the 16oz bottles, but they're $2.25 now. I buy it by the gal, & pour it in an old 16oz when I need to fill up.

I buy the gallon at WalMart. I have 4 of the 16oz bottles and I keep them filled from the gallon and under the rear seat. I like the sight gauge on the side of the bottles, helps in putting in the oil at about 2/3 oz per gallon.

My local WalMart no longer carries the quarts but still has the gallon jugs. That is what I buy for $11 and just use a quart container to add to the tank.

I use an old small cooler when traveling to store the 8oz and 16oz containers that I've filled with the tc3 WalMart 2 stroke oil. I carry enough for 3500 miles. Mix at 1/2oz/gallon or 256:1.

A gallon here is about 11.50.

Forgot to mention, if you use a old cooler it won't be for nothing else as it will smell like two stroke oil forever.

^ Good idea about the cooler. My truck's tool box smells like Power Service and TCW3.

I never carry any in my truck unless it's going from the house to the gas station. But right now, I can't find any that is even close to a reasonable price.

Buy the gallon and keep in your garage. Keep the small 14oz bottle in the door of the truck. What I do and it's fine. I refill from the big jug when I'm local. If I go anywhere on the road I just strap the gallon jug to the front Dside tie down strap in the bed.
