anyone have 3:55 gears in a 6-speed??

355's aren't available for the new AAM's and 373's weren't available for the Dana's either, at least not at first...

Just swap axles! Put the dana axles in a new truck and the aam axles in the older style. Same strength. Have to swap rims as well.

Just to let you guys know, tons of ratios are available for the AAM 11.5". I personally am running after market 3.42 set in my 6spd with a GV OD/UD. You can get the complete sets, including install kit for about $350 bucks.

That's what I was gonna say but I thought it made them 3:55? Well 3:55, 3:60 somewhere around that, and a lot easier than swapping gears.

I calculated using the Toyo AT 285/70/17. The new ratio being 3.58. Close enough for me.
