Any quick fix coolant hose leak?

While changing out injectors and some other maintenence I happend to put a pin hole in my Heater core supply coolant hose. I cant get one till thursday so my truck is down. Anyone have any ideas of a quick fix to get me to work and back till next week? Its amazing how such a small hole can leak so much once the system heats up and is pressurized. Thanks Rye.

Several wraps of duct tape should hold it or put an innertube patch on it.

Option 1: Take the bad hose off, take the good hose off the heater core and loop it back to the where you took the bad hose off the engine.

Option 2: Go to the parts store and get a short piece of pipe and two clamps, cut the hose at the pin hole and insert the pipe/clamp arrangement. If you go with this option, I suppose you could just get a replacement length of generic heater hose, huh?

Option 3: CTDinMT's patch with an additional clamp over the pinhole, not real tight, but it will tighten with pressure. Just an extra 'hold'.
